Service Description

A holistic practice bringing together western science and eastern wellbeing. Zoom classes include yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and other techniques to help alleviate some of the main symptoms pf the peri/menopause/post menopause. For those of you post menopausal sequences help maintain heath health and bone and muscle strength to prevent oestepenia/porosis and cardiovascular disease post menopause. The classes are designed to empower women to experience a far more positive and healthier menopause. Petra Coveney who is the founder of Menopause Yoga is one of the word leaders and her training is approved by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance professionals.
