Service Description

Yoga on Seaford Beach Promenade overlooking the sea, next to Skipper cafe and Nomadic Sauna. Come and enjoy yoga overlooking the sea, all ages accommodated. There is some hands and knees which can be avoided if needed. Breathe in the sea air, lift your spirits, stretch away any tensions and relax in this wonderful setting. The yoga is a mixture of Hatha with some flow and if the sun is out a restorative pose. Optional sea swim and sauna (nomadic sauna is next door) or just sit and enjoy a drink and some food or water sports at the Skipper cafe.
